Join us for this special opportunity to receive teachings from visiting Teacher and National Spiritual Director of East Asia, Gen Kelsang Tonglam.

Our negative states of mind often creates endless problems for ourselves and others. Through practicing meditation, we can train our mind to respond to life’s challenges with a positive attitude, all our ordinary difficulties will fall away, and we can discover an oasis of peace within our hearts. In this way, we can learn to face life with clarity, inner strength, and profound peace.

This day course includes teachings and meditations, which give us the power to transform our mind to accept whatever difficult situation arises and enable us to release all others from their suffering too.

【THE TEACHER】

Gen Kelsang Tonglam is a Buddhist monk and Resident Teacher at KMC Taiwan. Born in Hong Kong, Gen Tonglam trained under Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso in the UK.

He explains clearly and practically how we can find happiness in our busy, modern lives by using Buddhist wisdom.
